Welcoming the new year with a happy smile!!

Happy Friday people!! Its Friday, my favorite day of the week with the anticipation of a fabulous weekend ahead :)

Its all the more special because today is the last day of this year ending on the note of a promising new year ahead. How could I let go of this opportunity to thank the people who made this year so special and wonderful for me. This was the year I started this blog without knowing I would be meeting such wonderful people and learn so many new things including the art of giving and sharing. This was the year I stepped into a new...beautiful  phase of my life..I got married to a wonderful person. This was the year I said good-bye to my two and a half year employer and this was the year I got operated upon. This was the year which was so eventful that it will always remain in my memories.

In the year to come, I look forward to creating beautiful things, learning and sharing...I look forward to finding a new job that suits my needs and skills..I look forward to stay healthy and I look forward to making happy memories in my married life with the person I love so much :) I hope the new year comes with good things for me and all.

With that note, I would love to share a simple card I made using the Skipping Stone Sketch#57 and Caardvarks theme of Monochromatic.

I used stamps from the American Crafts Thanks set.

I would like to dedicate this card to all the people who make me happy...all my regular visitors..readers..well wishers..friends...my family members and above all my husband. Thanks for being there always. Wish you all a very happy new year!!
